Pros
Management picks and chooses when to pay attention to staff. Can get away with doing nothing all day 90% of the time. If you have a record- they won't care. Felons- this is for you.
Cons
A hand full of people do all the work while everyone else in the office "delegates". Could reduce staff by MANY and still function if they actually worked while at work. Very few people in the office actually care about the job. Hires murderers and alcoholics. DUI? Apply here. Been to prison? Apply here. Forget the discomfort or safety of the rest of the staff.
