Leadership here is awesome! They engage you, ask you opinion, want to know about you outside of work, ask what do you think we can do better, they ACTUALLY CARE! This is the first company where i actually see and talk to the CEO/COO because they don't sit in some big office away from everyone, they share an office with other leaders and have their door open 90% of the time. Oh, they rolled out a bonus program and also started paying 100% of employee's healthcare, crazy man!
