Pros

They are really flexible with scheduling. They try to accommodate you when you have school or family events. The discount is great too. It is a fairly easy job that keeps you moving on your feet so you are not standing with nothing to do.

Cons

The management is hard to work with. If you do something wrong, you have to try really hard to get on the good side again. There is little room for growth in the company too. Many of the employees are in high school too so they don't care too much about their work.

Pros

The discount is amazing. Free to make own decisions. Lots of great resources. Ever changing lifestyle capsules. Family like environment. Many opportunities to give back to the community. The company itself values their feedback about everything from operations to the actual product.

Cons

Training and development is very weak. Store manager just sits in back doing absolutely nothing. Too many young kids working there. Minimum pay.
