Pros

They match 401k contributions and have generous PTO days. The people that work in the company are very nice and talented. Great atmosphere!

Cons

It's hard to take more than a week PTO at a time and the calendar is so busy that you have a hard time allocating a week of vacation. There is a lack of clear communication between departments Management is always changing their mind about the direction they want the collection to be designed based on selling reports. As a result we have a lot of last minute changes and rushing to get new developments in

Pros

There are a lot of opportunities to move up in the company. The upline in command actually care about what's going on in the retail stores. The company is always very rewarding to employees for achieving goals each quarter.

Cons

Their pay is not the greatest and you can't count on a raise every year the company sometimes doesn't give them.
