Pros

There are good discounts on clothing, employee discount counts towards clearance items. The interview process wasn't bad and they bumped my hourly up 50 cents because I asked since I had to commute a bit.

Cons

Very driven on numbers, except instead of doing anything to change culture people just get scolded for not hitting their numbers. Holiday seasons have crazy expectations of like 12 hour shifts.

Pros

Great discount great friendly staff and great product for reasonable prices. Always possibility of moving up in the company. The pay is great and get raises every 6 months. Depending on the size of your store there can be more product to choose from than the smaller stores.

Cons

Payroll can be bad. Not enough staff to get things done. DM does not show gratitude or congratulate us on making goals or beating other stores in sales etc. Only points out the things that ate not done right or points out our flaws.
