Great discount, great health benefits.

Cons

In the north east the Leadership is so tenured and not open to new ideas,There is no diversity and they treat people of color with disrespect openly. They primarily promote white people only, and when you make complaints to HR they typically force you out of the company with a severance package. Retaliatory leadership that don’t care about their employees as people unless they are older above age 50 and white.

Human Resources will not help you here, they protect the business and not the employees. Too big and too corporate to care about the little guys. Fashion Industry is cut throat but here it's lord of the flies, be prepared to take the blame from your bosses and coworkers for a problem that wasn't your fault. It's like problem hot potato, the bottom of the chain always gets it the worst. Hope you make a friend quickly before the office gossips about you to the point that no one will want to talk to you.

No support. Management sets employees up for failure. Work load is extensive. Low pay. Very little support given and expectations for excellence is high. It’s very easy to get burnt out.
