Great discount for self and family members with no limit to pieces and no card to punch. Being an outlet customers are on a brand mission so they are not a hard sell like some other makers. Quality is good.
Cons
Work you like a dog. Even as a manager the DM has an expectation of time and workload that they conveniently don't disclose during the interview process. Minimum work week is 45hrs but usual work week is 50 with a max of 73. Crazy! One week I got written up for not having permission to leave and setting a bad example for my team on a 70 hour work week even with a Co manager checking my bag and walking me to the door. Many nights i do not know how i got home so tired and driving. This company has many problems with labor law and minors and needs examined more closely...If you are looking for a job all i can say is buyer beware. P.s. they undercut you on salary for these hours.
