Can-do attitude. Always open to new ideas as long as your boss agrees with you...

Cons

Politics, politics, politics. 90% politics, 5% meetings, 5% working overtime.

Pros

Great discount (50% off on top of any current sales) Never bored, always had some sort of new visuals or changes going on Pay was better than most retailers starting out ($8.00 for part timer, $10.00 for sales lead, $13.00 for floor supervisor) Opportunity for some advancement

Cons

Not a whole lot of room to move up due to lack of brick and mortar stores. Very early mornings (coming in at 7:00am when we opened at 10:00am) District level management not very friendly (this was just my experience)
