Pros

Getting paid weekly. The Associates that were recruited were generally pretty fun and young and a pleasure to work with for the most part.

Cons

This company is big on affirmative action because of the racist remark Tommy Hilfiger made in the 90s. There are some African-Americans in the organization that seemingly practice reverse discrimination and justify it based on the historical traumas associated with African-Americans in the past. These people are awful and dang near impossible to work with. We are talk Ghetto with a Capital G. Some of these u ethical African American managers routinely extended one other preferential treatment i.e. scheduling, authority, and consistently extended the benefit of the doubting in the situations where glaring unethical/hostile policy violations were present..

Pros

Easy, Flexible if you are in school or other jobs,

Cons

"Cliques within Cliques" a lot of drama with Employees and managers. Folding clothes all the time can get annoying especially customers always unfolding it.
