Pros

This is a company in a state of change and growth, which is a great time to join any company as you get a chance to learn and grow with the organisation.

Cons

- Clear lack of focus on what matters... the people. - It's a place where one can learn as part of management., however it also a place for management where one is left with empty words without Substance. - Their is a clear definition of what the brand stands for, however what it delivers to its customers and employees is confusion. - Their is perception of no accountability in the upper management, hence the finger pointing culture is translated into middle and lower management.

Pros

great work/life balance, amazing discount that you can share with the rest of your family

Cons

really bad pay - minimum wage, reviews do not equate a raise no matter how much you sell, limited advancement to move up within the company.
