Pros

Money is good for sports events! Food is also really good

Cons

Typical bar life, childish coworkers and childish managers. Server assistants are a genuine waste of tipout, all of that work should be done by servers aside from food running. The tipouts are abysmal, you tip out the bar (normal) but also the Server assistants who generally don’t do anything, as well as the kitchen occasionally. You gross a lot of money but keep so much less.
