- Was mostly remote working setup, during and even after the pandemic. In general, flexibility in working remotely or while traveling was great. - Good, collaborative culture within Program Management and Engineering. - Great original product and engaged customer base.

Cons

No real cons worth mentioning here. - Working mostly remote had its disadvantages as we missed seeing our team members. - Ready about recent leadership change and reduction in valuation. Hope they are through any rough times.

This company has so much potential. The product is insane, the people are great to work with and the start up motivation is still there.

Cons

There is a lot of back and forth on media budgets depending on how the sales growth nets out. There are a lot of teams that still work in silo
