Encouraged to workout during hours, peers you zoom with are great provide much insight

Non flexible work schedule you have to work through weekends while upper management have weekends off always, constant push for sales if you miss one month upper management makes it seem like you’re consistently missing your goals, unrealistic goals and inconsistent there seems to be no trend for goals.
