      Pros

      Free membership, benefits are good, amazing product that has so much potential

      Cons

      Very unorganized, there doesn’t seem to be a clear business plan or pathway forward. Training is not very good and not very structured. Entirely way to many systems that all do the same thing. For a fitness product it seams like nobody knows anything about the gym industry, this product has so much potential but it is not being introduced to the public in the most efficient way.

      Pros

      Great engineering team. If you are an engineer, the team and management would be great to work within the organization. Product is really great.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional operations organization. Bullying, no management skills that supports the team. There is NO team support. Product is really great, but not worth working in supply chain organization, specifically supplier management. The culture is extremely toxic.
