solid company, pays 20$ per hour starting out, decent than most. True sales job, be comfortable with closing deals
Cons
standing long hours, commission is only given if store meets goals but corporates give much higher numbers than most stores ever able to hitso you never get commission. Make commission per each tonal, just 1 percent, i mean they go for 4000$ and$ 20$-24 isnt enough if you want to keep good talent for sales
