It's a great product. It's a fast-paced environment and the technology is interesting.

Cons

Leadership team has been broken for years with constant turnover and seems plagued by infighting that's apparent to the rank & file employees. Too many people seem out of their depth and just trying to hang on. HR and most of leadership team are ineffective. Many of the best people have left or were let go.
