      cool niche product with some very engaged users

      Cons

      - management team does not have the right skill set or experience to scale the company - low pay without much upside considering how high the valuation already is - not much career growth opportunities - lack of diversity

      solid company, pays 20$ per hour starting out, decent than most. True sales job, be comfortable with closing deals

      Cons

      standing long hours, commission is only given if store meets goals but corporates give much higher numbers than most stores ever able to hitso you never get commission. Make commission per each tonal, just 1 percent, i mean they go for 4000$ and$ 20$-24 isnt enough if you want to keep good talent for sales

      Pros

      Every department is filled with experts in their field, and everyone is open and excited to share information. There are so many projects going on at any given time that if you pay attention you can learn something new every day. The work is also incredibly engaging and interesting. It's such a pleasure to work on something that is relatable, valuable, and makes a positive impact.

      Cons

      There are really no cons so far; easily the best job I've ever had.
