Pros
Raise every 6 months. There's no more pros than that .
Cons
No time and a half when you work on holidays or weekends. And they are always open every holiday. They Cut people's hours when they decide to get more employees. When you ask for day off they really half of the time don't give it to you but when they need you come in they don't hesitate to ask. They want you to come into work even if you are stranded somewhere else with car that isn't working. You never get positive input from them unless it's negative. YOU Have to work for years there to even make it possible to get some vacation hours. They don't care about their employees .
