Pros

Social goals and mission of the company. Employees are dedicated to promoting the care, job development, and independence of people with disabilities. Good benefits.

Cons

Pay for some positions is not competitive in the market.

Pros

They try to keep good employees, bonuses every year even for part-time employees, lots of opportunities for work, decent benefits, and the clients are mostly awesome.

Cons

Low pay for direct service staff, they can be a little management-heavy, don't always hire direct service staff fast enough which makes clients suffer, don't let go of bad employees.

Pros

great place to start working right out of high school or if you have no experience whatsoever in the field of social work

Cons

Pay is crappy, no support from upper management and turn over rate is beyond unsettling.
