Pros
The team is very welcoming and family oriented to everyone in the office, work from home and new to the team. The team looks out for one another to be successful and on a personal level as well. Example I was working late in the office and as each one was leaving they insisted on waiting for me. When I started I had no experience in sales and no intenetion on making this a career. I am here 10 years and have made this a lucrative career. Yes, there are bad days and months but I have grown every year since the day I have started. This is the only job you can be as successful as you want. There are no caps and management is available to overcome obstacles.
Cons
Sale is tough and demanding but that is the position. Fast pace and intense position comes with more opportunity.
