Does not care about employee safety. Will want you to come into work in extreme weather. Barely gives employees raises no matter how hard they work. Must go the extra mile and do a ton of work for free in order to get a decent raise

Managers play favorites, so many lazy coworkers who waste time and make us all stay later, managers/company in general treats you like you’re easily replaced even if you’re working in the secure areas, raises are basically non-existent.
