Pros

This was a great company until it wasn't. There are still good people. Benefits are average, but that is a PRO at this point since everything else is being stripped away. I haven't lost my job yet.

Cons

Lack of stability, too many layoffs, no accountability, no transparency. This is a sinking ship. Moral is in the gutter. Can't trust anyone. no loyalty.

Constant attrition since taken over by the new owners; low morale. Employees kept in the dark on future plans (i.e., no selling of what is in it for personnel for them to want to do a good job).
