Topcon works with the best of the best, there's no compromise in quality. All the software, hardware and facilities are top notch and it makes the work easier. Topcon is a fair and reasonable company which offers a great work life balance.

Pros

Topcon is a big company with a stable market in end-user sector. Topcon does not sell chipsets or components - they sell complete systems, particularly in agriculture. I find this to be a particularly healthy business model. I feel safe in Topcon.

Cons

Topcon R&D is packed with talent and creativity, it is not easy to keep up even if you think of yourself to be top-notch
