Topcon provides very interesting technology and projects. People there are friendly and good to work with.

Cons

Given the location's proximity to Silicon Valley, the company needs to be more competitive in all areas to retain technical talent. It's pay and benefits (medical insurance for one) are below average for the region, and there are no stock plans or bonuses to speak of provided for technical employees.
