Pros

Everything is fine except for that one Architect. It's very difficult to ignore him in the day-to-day work.

Cons

The Architect guy is difficult to work with due to his strong personality, overconfidence, and seemingly biased behaviour. It's evident that favoritism is present in the workplace, as every minor task must wait for the Architect's approval. He controls everything, from project progress to even personal development. If you're white, you might be in luck. However, if you're not, it's advisable to seek opportunities elsewhere swiftly. As a member of the Cloud Architect's team, you may find yourself burdened with undesirable tasks, inadequate documentation, and minimal explanation. To make matters worse, you might be blamed for any shortcomings and have your confidence shattered, while the Architect offers praise and rewards to their preferred, white colleagues.
