Cons

Like my boss said 'Career? This ain't no career it's a job!'. The Sales departments are run like a street gang, intimidation and bullying are to be expected and everyone looks the other way as long as the BFOs coming rolling in. Promotions are based on office politics (which is a blood sport here) not merit or performance. True leadership is absent at all levels. Perhaps the least professional environment I've ever been exposed to.

Cons

If you want to learn & grow as a person, not the place for you. Tons of excuses why they can't do raises, yet you will see executives getting the "bro club" bump promoted to new title after new title all the time.
