- Working with a great Team, my manager and my team care about me, support me and help me grow on my position. Great environment. - I feel that I can talk openly and collaborate with everybody. If I need help, I just need to ask for it. - Good benefits and they do what they promised.

Cons

Because I have a global position I work remotely , So I can not spend time in person with my manager and my teammates.
