      Love working at TFA

      Pros

      Flexibility of time off. Great working environment. Transparency. Working from home. Good pay. Flexible hours. Good colleagues and management staff.

      Cons

      Processes change quite a bit, but that is normal for an agency. However, it takes a while to catch up from the non-agency to agency life. Management supports that very well though.

      - Moved from project to project randomly and with not much notice - Felt a little unprofessional at times.
