      Pros

      Have worked at Topflight going on five years now and have thoroughly enjoyed my time as a software developer. Joe cares deeply about our team and what we create there which makes work enjoyable. Working on a variety of projects that expands skillsets is a huge plus here. The job offers a lot of flexibility as well.

      Cons

      Low/restricted PTO (though this is improving). Having a remote team across different timezones can result in tricky working hours/communication but this normally isn't much of a hinderance.

      Pros

      Topflight Apps is a no-nonsense workplace for everyone seeking for serious growth in their career. There is a vast room for growth in terms of your technical skills, client management and various other skills such as time management and project management. Another good thing about TF is that everything is reasonable. Your pay, the expectations, working with clients. Basically the company always has your back when things go wrong.

      Cons

      Company is so focused on the projects at hand that there are rarely interactions between developers from different projects. Maybe not the best fit for people looking for a more closed environment. But inside your project, you will have lots of communications and interactions with your teammates.
