Today, Topgolf is not the same company it once was. It used to be a place where fun/good people worked, you had decent work-life balance, and you had a relaxed dress code. The only thing that stayed was the relaxed dress code. Even last year when people were saying that Topgolf was going downhill, I always tried to defend it and focus on the positives, but I simply can't do that anymore because there are no positives. It has turned into an absolute ****show.

Cons

First off, they are now asking people to do 2 jobs and telling them it's permanent even though they don't realistically have the capacity. In some instances even 3 jobs. They are just setting people up for failure. It's one thing to not hire for new roles, but they are also not hiring for CURRENT ROLES after someone quits. We also have really bad leadership that is so out of touch. There are too many managers and not enough accountants who do the actual work, so you have more people telling you what to do than people who actually prepare work. It is an absolute ****show working here now and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. It literally makes my time at big 4 look good which I never thought I would say. Oh and the pay here is also way below market. Can you believe that? They want you to do 2 jobs and pay you below market. This company is an absolute joke
