Felt very isolated, people there weren't very personable. Seemed more of a tight knit community.

They pay you on time and you get monthly "bonuses"

Cons

The bonuses don't make up for the horrible base pay. They're constantly promising next months bonus will be better. It's impossible to get a raise or a promotion. I never once heard "good job" after busting my butt to get work done. I watched talented professionals quit left and right before I finally realized nothing was ever going to change. I wish I had left earlier.
