- Free Swag
- Cool yearly vacations/meetups
- Remote, with fair amount of PTO
Cons
Promotions are rigid, you’re essentially forced down the (Senior) Trader Support path regardless of the experience you bring. This in turn limits your salary growth. Best roles are already taken, and your odds of landing one when someone leaves/retires are slim to none
i have only been here 6 months and absolutely NO MICROMANAGING (i can finally say that about a company) the pay is great and they even let me work overtime as long as i am within company guidelines, MP (owner/boss) even gives us employees free money on our company card just for wanting to work an HOUR on holidays not to mention we are already getting our holiday pay on our checks i also have an interview for an internal promotion next week but even if i dont get the job i am grateful because i have never been at a job and been given the opportunity to move up so fast and i literally just started i will be staying at this job forever i am already an investor and day trader so this is the perfect position for me
Cons
i honestly can say that there are no cons i cant even think of a tiny con (gen z traders who only ask for free resets and are angry they did not manage their risk are the only small cons)
