One of the best things about TopstepTrader is the team--regardless of departments, there are talented and excited people working should to shoulder with you every day. The leadership team is also extremely transparent and open to shaping Topstep into the company that teammates want it to be. Topstep is a culture of feedback, and the leadership team embraces that and hopes to do better as well. There are a number of areas that employees can point to where they've had a direct impact on the company changing or implementing new policies. Employees really have a voice.
Cons
This year there's been great improvements, but sometimes the company struggles between quality and speed. On a relatively small team, that can be taxing. If you are looking for a job where you'll know what you're doing two weeks from now, it may not be a good fit. But if you find that exciting, it could be.
