Hive for really nice people but succumbed to the tech bubble

Pros

- Good schedule. - Good environment to learn - Highly intelligent people - Great management depending on who you get. - Many perks - Fully remote and they even sponsored an international offsite - Fair compensation upon contract termination

Cons

- As a developer not much of cons, as I was in a period where the tech industry changed drastically - Absolute absence of visibility over the decline leading to sudden surprise lay off.

Pros

Work remotely. Mostly cases is really nice atmosphere.

Cons

Was a couple cases which put doubts in my head about this company. Layoff people unexpectedly. Have problematic people and management doesn't care about that. Unfair estimation. management doesn't know what's happening in the teams. People who makes noise more valuable than people who actually try bring results.
