Lowest pay on the river. Supervisors are a joke except one. They hire lead men that draw sex organs on stuff because they are their favorites. Swing shift sucks. Management and production relationships are horrible since Tacoma took over. They fired the best manager out here which was our plant manager. Everything gets sex organs wrote on it even by some supervisors. Advancement opportunities are done by favoritism and seniority and not the best man for the job. Cell phone ban is ridiculous. Push pull rods take a strain to move. Production is over safety every time. Safety is only priority when it is convenient.
