Torch is a great company with very competitive benefits, a lot of support for their employees, and many interesting opportunities. Everyone I work with is passionate about being the best and pushing the envelope for smart change and progress.

Cons

Sometimes people are a little TOO into the culture.

They are an employee-owned business so you can have a portion of your paycheck used to buy stock in the company which has been increasing at a really good rate every year.

Cons

The work doesn't feel very rewarding as there are almost no levers to be pulled with exceptional employee performance.
