Great medical benefits, ESOP, high growth, and a fantastic workplace culture. The leaders really invest and care about the company and their employees and it shows.

Cons

High growth is starting to show with lack of spaces. Luckily, new building are already being bought or renovated.

Growing fast can cause stress. Located off parkway, construction nightmare. Hopefully, what feels like 4 year project will end this decade, maybe.....
