The company looks for smart ways to invest profit to keep the company employee owned. The employee ownership mindset is very strong and drives decision making. This translates to a company where you are valued and where we look to help eachother out so we can all be successful.

Cons

Contract work has its risks and each contract cycle could mean you are forced to change companies or look for another position within Torch which might not be in your local area.

Across the board, from corporate management and throughout all our employee owners, there exists an unselfish will to achieve common corporate and customer goals as well as genuine focus on helping others succeed personally and professionally.

Cons

Torch is a growth company, which often times requires extra focus and time from its employee owners...but that is made up with the teaming you'll find across the company.
