All full time employee-owners start with three weeks of PTO and ten paid holidays, for a total of 25 days of leave, and our employee-owners also accrue more PTO as they stay with the company!       No real downsides worth mentioning other than the fact they use DELTEC which is horrible. But many companies do as well...
