I have worked for Torch for a year and have been very pleased since the first day I walked into their facility. Torch won a contract and I was part of the transition to them as the new Prime and it has been a great experience.

Cons

No cons to speak of at this time. I think the employer does not matter very much and what does matter is your direct management and how the contract is structured.
