The company is employee owned, and I feel that by doing my best, I'm helping myself, as well as everyone around. I can see by actions that the leadership cares, and is continually thinking about the best interest of the company.

Cons

Work environments may vary wildly, as many employees are scattered throughout different locations.

The company will go out of its way to support the employee in all areas (Health, Retirement, Career Path) The company makes the best decisions for everyone in the company as we are all owners of the company. Good and Healthy Environment and will make it a priority to fix the issue if one does come up.

Cons

Some requests require some time to get resolved, but they do get resolved.
