they let go of long time hard workers after they built the new hospital to save money so they could get new people in there and underpay them, no room for growth unless your the managers favorite, alot of childish employees

This review refers ONLY to home health division. Good pay structure and hourly

Cons

All claims of diversity in this organization are false. The home health management is anything but diverse and it is hostile in nature as it feels more like a mafia than a workplace. Fall in line or be singled out, bullied, and smeared. If you question anything you get targeted and marked as a bad employee. Extremely hostile environment that I would not recommend to anyone.
