-Training gives you general idea of Flood Insurance -Help Desk/IT Tech is great and super helpful -Candy or Snack Cart when we are in the office, you get free a snack or candy once a month (I think) -Building amenities/ Security

Cons

The lack of help or assistance following training, managers have told me everyone should ask supervisors for help and try not ask other underwriters. Management is MIA like 50% of time so basically your on your own. The turnover is high, b/c “this job is difficult” after a year it’s still difficult. This job preys on the ones who is desperate for a job. Endless incoming calls nonstop during the March til November I say. QA can be tough to please
