Good Learning Opportunity and Exposure in Cyber Security

Pros

You will always be busy in one or more projects which will help you in fast learning. You will always find help and support from your fellow colleagues and seniors in Security Team. If you are passionate about Hacking then you will good exposure to try your Ethical Hacking skill sets.

Cons

Its a cumbersome job to train juniors in the mid of project. Multiple projects and urgent deadline create project management problems. Compensation and Reimbursement policy is not good.

Pros

Always working on one project or other, never on bench waiting for next project which give me good experience in cyber security. Learned alot of new things and good team members to share their knowledge. Surprise bonuses and lucrative salary hikes are nice. Highly recommended for technology lovers.

Too many projects sometimes makes one exhausted
