Absolutely toxic environment. if you are thinking about working here.... don't! Production manager and supervisors will just make your life miserable if you file a complaint. Upper management could care less and will actually blame you if you file a complaint against a supervisor.
Absolutely no family home time. They refuse to have a working schedule that fits the plants needs and family home time needs. They think they own you and work you to death
