      Pros

      Seems like the next big thing. Some great talent at the lower ranks. Good mission.

      Cons

      CEO is insufferable. Tells a big vaporware story that the products don't deliver on. Big hat, no cattle. No-one has bought the product in 2 years outside of friends & family (double digit customers - not what's told). Bully culture - if you push on anything you get pushed out. Burns cash faster than a lonely man in Vegas.

      Pros

      - Async work culture - Demo days ~3 times a year provide great insight into company goals and projects - Company filled with smart people who push you to be your best and to constantly learn. - Good salary and friendly towards remote work

      Cons

      - 401k program does not have a match. Other than that, nothing that I would say is a major red flag or con.
