      Pros

      My managers are always organized and on top of our daily goals and weekly goals They always let me know when I am doing a good job or if I need to improve on anything My managers are honest and trained to provide good customer service

      Cons

      The company is easy to let things slide like re-sellers buying multiple items and allowing returns to customers who are rude and destroying the brand

      Pros

      Great coworkers, really fun environment. Customers are great and it's not as "stuck up" as MK, Gucci, and other higher end stores. Great company pillars of employee standards and good discount!

      Cons

      Manager (where I worked) under staffed and over worked employees. Poor communication when it came to time off. Repeatedly was scheduled to work hours that I was not available according to my availability.

      There are more than 1 manager per associate. Today was busy and 3 managers sitting around, one watching a movie. Only 2 sales associates on duty handling all customers.
