Pros

Its a great product, so it's easy to sell. They provide health insurance and benefits. Most places will work with your schedule. You can make a decent living if your are strategic in sales.

Cons

There doesn't seem to be a lot of room to grow. Maybe if you are willing to move. There are many changes happening in the company and they aren't always made clear to associates.

Pros

Great brand, good clothing allowance, exciting to be part of a growing company with a global presence

Cons

Can be political, hard to navigate internal politics, potentially better to start career elsewhere then come to TB once you can command a higher salary with more experience.
