Pros
Good employee discount; good team members for the most part (a couple are sharky with sales, but overall it's ok); pretty work environment; two days off a week;
Cons
New manager lacks empathy and experience. She only knows how to lead through pressing numbers into our heads and putting out compliance emails. Did not respect our personal lives outside of the store. Wasn't giving us paid breaks. Was clocking us in and out to save/cover payroll.
