Pros

I'd have to say that all of the girls we're really fun and friendly. With such a small team, you can't help but to establish that family feel. The company really tried to add in little perks and competitions during the holidays to get the team in true Holiday spirit.

Cons

Like any other major retailor, Holidays and weekends require long hours and late closings. It doesn't help that you also have to abide by Mall holiday hours.

Best job I've ever had.

Pros

There is nothing I would change about working for Tory. You name it, it's the best of the best -- work/life balance, compensation, benefits, culture, values etc. It's retail without feeling like retail.

Cons

There is truly nothing major I would change about the company. Hard work is truly recognized. Tory loves her employees and you can tell from working for her.
